I worked as a Product Designer for the Cargill client, where I oversee production specifications, lead user testing, and facilitate design reviews with key stakeholders. I collaborate closely with product owners, managers, and developers to ensure seamless execution. My work primarily supports Cargill’s manufacturing operations, and I’ve contributed to key projects including e-DCI, ELI, Crush IQ, Smart KPI, e-IDEX,Spec Management, e-IMEX, k-LAKE Explore and Data Validation.

Identified ~$3M in lost revenue through the development of a Smart KPI tool.

Improved safety performance by launching a fully automated KPI dashboard (live at 10 sites / 400+ users).

Developed a OpenAI based chatbot for providing SOP guidance.

Responsible for translating the product vision into features for a team of 15 - 20 developers.
